Once you have read our Terms and Conditions, and you agree to them, then enter your full name, email address, telephone number, and any question may have. The materials you are about to order will be delivered to you in PDF format (not AUDIO). The course may not be printed. You will need to read them from any computer that allows PDF format reading. You may and are encouraged to print off the questions, rosters, student registration and instructions. Once you finish your course you are responsible to send answered questions back to ACE PROFESSIONAL TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL TRAINING COURSES for grading, either by scanning or by U.S. Mail. Once graded and upon a passing grade of 70% you will receive any certificates necessary. If you have any questions prior to ordering please do so as this serves as notice that we do not accept charge-backs from your credit card company, and you will be held responsible for payment should your credit card charges be reversed for any reason you may think of. This may include the help of credit collection services that may affect your credit rating.
RETURN POLICY: BECAUSE THE CORRESPONDENCE COURSES ARE EMAILED TO YOU AFTER PURCHASE, THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED AND FILLED. BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER BE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING THE CLASSES YOU WANT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please be advised that you must attend your class on the date and time scheduled or provide 48 hour notice that you can not attend so that we have an opportunity to fill your seat in our classroom. You may reschedule once if you fail to attend your scheduled class. If you miss the second class you will forfeit your tuition and classroom education opportunity. Exceptions for documented emergencies will be considered on a case by case basis.
